Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and motivated professional to join our team as Head of Risk for stablecoin initiatives. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of our operational risk management framework and provide expert risk oversight across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of the operational risk management framework and related policies. 

2. Coordinate the annual review and facilitation of RCSA, KRI, and LDC assessments with internal stakeholders. Manage operational risk incident reporting through the internal risk system.

3. Prepare routine and ad hoc risk reports, conduct surveillance, and provide regular updates to senior management.

4. Participate in the product and business approval process, including reviews by the New Business and Product Committee in collaboration with the Product team.

5. Provide risk advisory, recommendations, and promote operational risk awareness across the business.

6. Act as the first point of contact for operational risk matters with Group Headquarters, ensuring clear and timely communication.

7. Handle ad hoc reporting tasks and submissions to senior management, headquarters, or regulators as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

2. Years of hands-on operational risk management experience in investment banking, securities, or financial services.

3. Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Associate-level role.

4. Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
